    Alignment of the Program objectives with theoverall Ooredoo strategy Rapidly changing ICT environmentManagement of executive and shareholder expectations across theOpCos throughout the transformation Management of employee,customer, and supplier expectations during constant dynamics andlocal challenges in the economic, regulatory and legal environmentsThis position will work with the Ooredoo Group Leadership Team, theOpco CEOs and direct reports, the specialist: Change andCommunication will be accountable for the successful delivery ofESS Transformation Program by guiding the organization through thechange while ensuring adequate upskilling across the organization.

    The program aims to implement a unified way of working acrossFinance, Sourcing and Human Resources with clear roles andresponsibilities that eliminates redundancy and promotesefficiency.

    The role will ensure a coordinated approach throughoutOoredoo, enabling Ooredoo operations to execute their mandateseffectively. The Specialist will be accountable to ensurestructured change with ESS vision and objectives.

    The role willreport into the Director:
    Change Management and will be subject toGovernance via ESS SteerCo and Program Leadership


    CoreResponsibilities:

    Support change management and user adoption byworking closely with the Digital Transformation change management,training, design, and deployment support teams to developappropriate and effective messaging for internal audiences.

    Review,provide guidance on change and communication plan prepared by theSI.

    Supervise and support the development of change managementstrategy and relevant tools and templates Supervise and support thedevelopment of a structured change management methodology incoordination with Ooredoo group and OpCos.

    Supervise and supportthe development of change readiness assessment. Supervise andsupport coaching and training related activities to changemanagement methodology. Supervise and support the development ofthe Communication strategy and execution.


    Experience:

    8 years ofManagement Experience Minimum 3 years of Transformation experienceMinimum 3 years in sector industry Experience in consulting, workedas change agent, communication management lead Should have beeninvolved in delivery of projects or programs in the nature of ERPimplementations, system deployment and/or large-scaleorganizational change Sound capability to clearly articulatemessages to a variety of audiences Experience and knowledge ofdesktop publishing, web-based communications, and web pagedevelopment Experience in creating an environment of change, runprograms, communication letters and periodicals in news magazine,initiated programs of branding for both building awareness andembracing the change.

    Work across diverse cultures and geographiesProven track record of business improvement High performingindividual in a line management position, with strong standing tobe perceived as peer for most management levels.

    Understanding offunctional areas and/or products associated with specificinitiative Ability to drive change management work stream in aproject context with limited guidance.

    Sound business judgment toensure cultural aspirations are well integrated in performanceimprovement activities. Sufficient financial knowledge tounderstand business cases and consequences on P&L, balancesheet and cash flow. Ability to coach and train, includingconducting group and one to one training. High level of energy andcreativity for transformation, willingness to go the extra mile.
