    • Assist project and planning teamsfor developing project plans and ensure the project is delivered inbudget, on schedule and within scope;
    • Prepareconstruction budgets by analyzing technical drawings while updatingspecifications and projecting costs for eachelevation;
    • Assign responsibilities, mentorproject team and develop economical state-of-the-art structuralsystems, estimated initial costs;
    • Ensureproject execution is within budget and schedule of the projectscope and ensure compliance with corporate standards andguidelines;
    • Work with multiple disciplineprojects and monitor fieldwork activities, as well as organizeminimum subcontractors daily;
    • Monitorcompliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies,performance standards andspecifications;
    • Coordinate with estimation teamproject estimation and project schedule;
    • Ensureall necessary documentation is submitted along with the invoices tothe client/owner representative and completion certificates aresigned off appropriately.
    • Ensure Work BreakdownStructure (WBS) of projects to help organize and manage the totalwork scope of theproject;
    • Initiate/review/comment on engineeringand technical deliverables;
    • Prepare andcoordinate meetings and issue associatedminutes;
    • Liaise and support with onshore andoffshore operation team
    • Ensure project ismanaged as per company requirements and clientspecifications;
    • Ensure that all interfaces withrelevant parties including partners, subcontractors, suppliers,client, 3rd parties are correctlymanaged;
    • Perform other job-related duties asassigned.
    • Education & ProfessionalQualification:
    • Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or anyrelated
    • 4+ years of experience in ProjectManagement from leading shippingcompanies
    • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical,hull, and steel repairs
    • Strong knowledge ofrelated health, safety, security, and environmentalregulations
    • Good understanding ofQualityManagement Systems, such as ISO9001
    • Mandatory to possess a valid Qatar drivinglicense to attend site visits as and whenrequired
    • Understanding or project managementpractices
