    UrgentrequirementofSAP RTR (FICO) Lead - Permanent -Sydney

    Requirements

    • Demonstrateend-to-end business process knowledge in Record to Reportprocesses
    • Expertlevel knowledge in SAP FI CO modules covering SAP Financial GeneralLedger, Intercompany Accounting, Account Receivable, AccountPayable, Asset Accounting, Material Ledger, Manufacturing Varianceand integration with Supply Chain and Order to Cash functionalityandprocesses
    • Expertlevel knowledge in SAP Controlling including Product Costing,CO-PCA, CO-CCA, COPA and integration with materialsmanagement
    • Musthave at least one implementation experience in SAPS/4HANA
    • Workingknowledge of configuration and features of key S/4HANA basedFinance structures is an absoluterequirement
    • Goodworking knowledge of SAP SAC and other cloud offerings andintegration to S/4HANA will be anadvantage
    • Handson exposure on Data Cleansing and Conversion relatedactivities
    • Cut-Overactivities identification and execution along with Go-live and PostGo-LiveSupport
    • Expertlevel knowledge in integration with other SAPfunctions
    • Musthave Finance & Accounting background withexpertise
    • Shouldbe proficient in conversation on wide ranging Finance andAccounting topics with Finance Controllers and, users and seniormanagement C levelleaders
    • Shouldhave working experience in project estimation, project planning,staffing
    • Minimumof 10 years of SAP experience including 7+ years hands on SAP FI/COconfiguration and implementation plus 4-5 years supervisoryexperience
    • VeryGood CommunicationSkills


    Responsibilities:
    • Leadbusiness requirements workshops with customer to design and rollout S/4HANA solution for Finance & Controllingarea
    • Strongknowledge and experience in consolidation solutions will be anadvantage
    • Designglobal template based on the bestpractices
    • Prepareblueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testingstrategy, cutover plans, training,etc
    • Provideleadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshopsand support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge ofindustry best practices and application of global SAPimplementationexperience
    • Guidecomplex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gapanalysis and design decisions completed by less experienced teammembers; ensure deviations from out of the box functionality havesufficient business justification and positive valueproposition
    • Ownoverall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions,enhancements, forms, and/or workflow(RICEFW)
    • Providestrong functional understanding ofS/4HANA
    • Understandthe evolving SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and provide advice tocustomers on the S/4HANA adoptionjourney
