    Nous recrutons pour l'un de nosclients, un Senior Product Manager pour une Startup Fintech.

Ils ont pour mission de simplifier lequotidien des TPE/PME et des cabinetsd'expertise-comptable via un outil complet pourcomptabiliser les factures et les notes de frais, payer etêtre payé. Lancée par un serialentrepreneur et une ex-CFO, notre client connaîtaujourd'hui une très forte croissance etrecherche des profils ambitieux pour l'accompagner dansson accélération.

    Description du poste et desmissions
    Afin de soutenir le développement de leuractivité, notre client recherche un Senior ProductManager afin de prendre en charge l'une de leurs squads.L'équipe produit est en effetorganisée en différente"squad", chacune d'elleétant responsable d'unpérimètre fonctionnel. Une squad estcomposée de 4 à 6 développeurs,d'un Lead développeur et d'unProduct Manager. Le Product Manager est très autonomesur son périmètre et est responsable de laDiscovery ainsi que de la Delivery.

    Vousserez intégré à uneéquipe Produit dynamique et directementrattaché à la Head of Product. Du fait devotre seniorité, vous serez positionné surdes problématiques complexes et serez responsable deprojets transverses, communs à plusieurs squads. Il seraégalement attendu de vous que vous puissiez coacher desProduct Manager moins expérimentés etêtre force de proposition sur des bonnes pratiquesProduit.

    Vous participerez à :
    • Roadmap : vous construisez lavision long-terme de votre squad et êtes le garant de laRoadmap
    • Discovery : vous échangezavec les utilisateurs, collectez leurs retours, menez desentretiens de user research, etc.
    • Delivery :vous gérez le backlog de votre squad etpréparez les sprints à venir
    • Stratégie : avec l'équipeproduit, vous établissez la vision long-terme de Regateet participez à la stratégieProduit
    Environnement technique /Outils utilisés

    Méthodologies:

    • Scrum
    ‍ Profilrecherché
    • Vous avez au moins 3 ansd'expériences en tant que Product Manager
    • Vous savez mettreen place une stratégie Produit en définissantune vision et en mettant en place les KPI et OKRassociés
    • Vous êtes capable dedéfinir une stratégie Product Analytics, demettre en place les outils nécessaires et de prendre desdécisions basées sur l'analyse dedonnées
    • Vous avez un haut niveau d'exigenceet êtes capable de mentorer des Product Managers moinsexpérimentés
    • Vous avez une expérience en SaaSet/ou êtes familier des solutionsfintech
    C'est un plus... :
    • Si expérience encompta, produit fintech
    • Expérience technique, anciendéveloppeur, capable d'aider sur les sujets deconception oud'intégration
    • Si expérience 100% mobile pasbloquant
    • Avoirtravaillé dans une entreprise plus structurée: scale up: 300 et 600 salariés ou aévolué dans une équipe product de30-40 personnes
