    Initiate,develop and maintain personalized business relationships withcurrent and potential clients in order to promote and sell theproducts and servicesoffered.

    Actas an account manager by serving as a key intermediary between thebusiness centre and members and clients. Ensure proper usage andupdating of, as well as satisfaction with the products and servicesoffered. Analyze sources ofdissatisfaction and recommend potentialsolutions.

    Identify andanalyze member and client needs, develop personalized solutions andprepare an integrated service offering.Negotiate applicable conditions withmembers andclients.

    Recommendstrategies and solutions for achieving objectives by the businesscentre such as increased business volume, sound risk management,portfolio profitability and stronger businessrelationships.

    Useintelligence to identify opportunities for business developmentthat will increase the competitiveness of the products and servicesoffered.

    Execute variouspromotional activities as part of the centres business operations.Participate in targeted public relations activities and participateactively in the businesscommunity.

    Beattentive to client and member needs to ensure their fullsatisfaction, seize business opportunities and, as needed, referthem to the right person to meet theirneeds.

    Adhere to allpolicies, practices and standards in effect, as well as the variouslaws governing the distribution of financial products and services.Provide sound and prudent risk management for all portfolios undertheirresponsibility.



    Requirements

    -Must have Commercial Account Managementexperience.
    - French languagewould be a strongasset.
