    • Responsible to oversee andcoordinate Pre-commissioning and Commissioning SimultaneousOperations (SIMOPS) and Permit to Work (PTW) activities for allDisciplines to ensure EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects ofplanning and execution of systems completions, includingpre-commissioning and commissioning activities, is in fullcompliance with company SHES requirements.
    • PMTfocal point for SIMOPS/PTW plan development and implementationduring PCC stages. Provides clear guidance to the EPC contractorand facilitates resolution of SIMOPS/PTW issues to meet projectobjectives and milestones.
    • This position isresponsible to ensure all planning and execution activitiesassociated with SIMOPS/PTW by the EPC contractor, including thirdparties such as vendors, consultants, sub-contractors etc areexecuted to Project's specifications andrequirements.

    YourTasks

    • Provides SIMOPS/PTW expertise, forplanning and execution of activities with regard to Permits andleadership driving EPC contractor to deliver in accordance withproject deliverables and executionschedule.
    • Directs the preparation andstewardship of SIMOPS/PTW scope of work in EPC contract, supportscontractor by helping address gaps, coordinate with operations andother disciplines within the team.
    • Maintainsclose liaison with members of Engineering, quality, constructionand operations Teams to deliver clear plans and efficient executionof the project scope of work. Accountable for ensuring execution ofwork is technically aligned and in compliance with projectobjectives and specification.
    • Manages EPCContractor's SIMOPS/PTW activities including validation ofresources, personnel qualifications and experience; usage ofappropriate tools; adherence to project objectives, requirements,specifications, and verificationprocesses.
    • Assesses and validates EPCContractor's capability in providing all procedures,progress measurement and reporting to steward the systemscompletion activities for Pipelines scope of work. Manages theSIMOPS/PTW discipline deliverables and field engineering in supportof pre-comm/comm activities.
    • Support theidentification of SHES hazards and the evaluation of risks for allactivities. Keep track of boundaries between different projectphases as an input for SIMOPS/PTW coordination onsite.
    • Accountable for knowledge of and sharingprevious lessons learned, capturing and communicating currentlessons learned to support review teams and future projects.Review, update and amend SIMOPS/PTW procedures and specificationsto ensure that all pre-comm/comm references are up to date andrelevant.
