    • Works to promote qualityimprovement and innovation and monitors progress towards goals bycollecting accurate, timely data to display the quality, cost, andservice outcomes,
    • Support the other departmentswithin the Risk, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment(RQHSE) division and within the organization in continuouslyimproving their systems,
    • Defining andimplementing the Integrated Management System as per the ISO9001:2015 standard requirements,
    • Defining andimplementing the Integrated Management System as per the ISO45001:2018 and 14001:2015 standardrequirements,
    • Deploy and execute the ContinuousImprovement Framework (CIF)
    • Develop and assistto implement effective continuous improvement (CI) training plansthat develop and sustain a CI culture, ensuring a constant safetyfocus.
    • Develop, implement, and maintaincorporate policies.
    • Designing and developquality processes that support the businessobjectives,
    • Support the other departments byproviding continuous improvement tools andmethodology,
    • Utilize analytical / statisticaltools& methods combined with the ability to select andapply them to make data-baseddecisions.
    • Utilize and develop valid internaland external standards to measurequality,
    • Provides content knowledge in theinterpretation, implementation, and maintenance of allaccreditations, national quality assurance standards or regulatorystandards to match externalrequirements,
    • Maintains accountability forongoing self-development activities, especially related topresentation facilitation, change management and application ofquality improvement activities,
    • Utilize LeanSix Sigma tools in quality improvementprojects,
    • Ensure that the organization set-upand follow measurable quality objectives particularly relating tothe quality of the service and customersatisfaction,
    • Assist and communicate majorproblem with other directorate on the strategic actionPlan.
    • Develop corrective actions and processesto drive continuous improvement,
    • Report allRQHSE events identified (non-conformities or compliances, hazardsand risk, dangerous occurrences and near-misses, incidents, andaccidents, ect...),
    • Verify thatcorrective and preventative actions and measures have been defined,realized and are effective,
    • Ensure that thecalibration process implementeffectively,
    • Responsible for ISO 9001,45001 and14001 certifications.
    • Assist in Internal AuditPlan and be part of the internal AuditTeam.
    • Assist in SupplierAudit.
    • Assist in the Mystery shopperactivity.
