    • Previous Marketing experience in asimilar environment
    • Experience of managing andmotivating a team along with evidence of driving successful teamresults
    • Experience of developing, creating andmanaging promotional campaigns and marketing and PR activities withassociated costs and working to budgetrestraints
    • Complete understanding of keyfunctions relating to marketing and PR strategies and initiativeswhilst managing multiple work streams
    • CollegeDegree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or HotelManagement
    • Experience in developing andimplementing effective and realistic marketing and PR plans andstrategies, including budget evaluation, extensive communicationwritten work, management andreporting
    • Demonstrates ability to interacteffectively with various levels ofmanagement
    • Outstanding communication skills inall areas of writing, listening and speaking English. Highproficiency of native language dependant on location ofrole
    • Communicates key information effectivelyto all levels of management using a variety of communicationtools
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications, budget management and project and timemanagement
    • Able to think analytically,critically and strategically when faced with unique opportunitiesand challenges, prioritising and identifying productivesolutions
    • Demonstrates a sound understanding ofcommercial awareness and has the ability to influence others in keysituations whilst maintaining positiverelationships
    • Exhibits previous experience ofwritten work in a communicationsrole
    • Demonstrates excellent interpersonalskills to include strong leadership and culturalsensitivity
    • Executes calculated risks withpre-determined successful outcome
    • Able torelate to the marketing and PR world and adapt to changingpriorities quickly and with ease
    • Anaccomplished leader offering excellent judgement, time managementand decision making skills
    • Professionalapproach, clean and well groomed at alltimes
