- Oversee and manage theonline support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries andissues are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Developand implement strategies to improve online customer supportprocesses and procedures
- Work closely with other departments,such as IT and marketing, to ensure a seamless online customerexperience
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areasfor improvement and implement changes as needed
- Monitor andreport on key performance metrics related to online customersupport
- Train and mentor team members to maintain a high level ofcustomer service and professionalism
- Stay up-to-date on industrytrends and best practices in online customer support Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in online customer support or a relatedfield
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strongleadership and communication skills
- Driven and resilientpersonality traits
- Critical thinking and strategic planningskills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems and online support tools
