    • LeadershipDevelopment: Create and execute leadershipdevelopment programs that enhance the skills and competencies ofcurrent and future leaders. Identify leadership gaps and developstrategies to address them. Provide coaching, and training todevelop leadership capabilities within the organization. Support indevelopment and implementation of coaching and mentoringprogrammes.
    • Internal MobilityManagement: Execute the internal mobility processthat facilitates the movement of employees within the organization.Collaborate with managers and HR business partners to ensure a fairand transparent internal selection process isconducted.
    • Talent Review:Lead talent review process to integrate performance,potential, and readiness of employees for key positions. Evaluateindividual strengths and development needs, and identifyhigh-potential individuals for future leadership roles. Collaboratewith managers to create individual development plans andopportunities for high-potentialemployees.
    • AssessmentCenters: Plan, design, and facilitate assessmentcenters to assess the skills, competencies, and potential ofemployees for specific roles or career advancement opportunities.Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to make informed talentdecisions based on assessment centerresults.
