    • Responsible for the MarineAssurance and Vessels Surveillance program implementation withinthe MP Group. Coordinate the MP vessel performance review andregularly report on Marine OperationsKPIs.
    • Marine Focal point for key interfaceswith QatarEnergy LNG Marine Dept, Offshore Operations and ProjectManagement Teams.
    • Establish and consolidate MPMarine execution standards and support projects on marine vendorspre-qualification, vessels reviews andselection.
    • MP Marine SME facilitating andsupporting Risk Screening and Formal Risk Assessment with offshoreoperations stakeholders, third parties, PMTs, Contractors andVessel Owners.
    • Consolidate the MP Marine Unitsforecast with focus on identifying synergies and opportunitiesamong Major Projects (i.e. marine units, marine coordinationpersonnel).
    • Facilitate value propositionpackages for optimized vessels utilization within the MP OffshoreSpread.
    • Implement and maintain an efficientMarime Incident Reporting System, support on root causes analysisand corrective action identification and implementation. Leadcritical marine incident investigations (as MP Marine SME), attendoffshore survey/inspections and marineaudits.
    • Support Project Marine Coordinators andPMTs on Marine Units Defect & Breakdown Management andfacilitate critical restart plans to minimize operationaldowntime.
    • Consolidate the marine operation bestpractices and facilitate consistent implementation among MajorProjects, support the standardization of marine assuranceprocesses.
    • Capture lessons learned (LL) fromprevious projects and effectively support learnings sharing oncurrent and future projects. Issue Marine Safety Flashes andAlerts
