    Responsibilities Projectthe financial performance and monitor budgets and profitabilitytargets to ensure project cost targets are being met Overseebilling and fee management operations and ensure all financialactivities are consistent with WSA policies and proceduresEffectively manage accounts receivable, expense report approvals,held time monitoring, productivity projections and reviews for theteam Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating tothe assigned projects, including directing the design / technicalteam, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving designchanges.

    Communicate directly with the Client, managers, design /technical teams and sub-consultants to discuss and organizeprojects from original conceptual design throughout the projectcontracted scope.

    Resolve architectural design problems to servethe Clients program and advise the Senior Management team of anyissues that deviate from the program goals and/or that impact theproject budget and timeline.

    Organise own and others work toachieve set deadlines Ensure the delivery and completeness of theproject deliverables by assigned teams Interact with clients andcontractors representatives and others, applying excellentcommunication skills to maintain strong client relationships and toresolve critical issues Attend Client and Design Meetings asrequired Prepare / Review presentations for Clients and seniormanagement Prepare, manage and update as required all projectsprograms Confidently present work to colleagues, clients andstakeholders.
