    • Working with quality team inimplementation of hospital wide "Continuous QualityImprovement & Patient Safety"program.
    • Assisting Quality Head to evaluatethe need for quality improvement on an ongoing basis and identifyopportunities to improve patient care andsafety.
    • To review policies and proceduresrelating to each function and make necessary revision and to advisechanges in accreditation standards and maintaining complianceswhere necessary.
    • To contribute tohospital-wide and departmental quality initiatives. Performing theassessment and analysis of operations andprocesses.
    • Involve in Quality Improvementin-house training programs.
    • To monitor andmaintain the adherence to the standards laid by variousaccreditation bodies.
    • To maintain documents ofall quality system procedures and workinstructions.
    • Responsible for internalauditing of various hospital services on various qualitystandards.
    • Responsible for identifyingbottlenecks in processes, developing standards operating proceduresto make the process error-free and formulating policies incoordination with the respective department head /consultant.
    • To collect quality data andinformation and helping in data analysis. To maintain monthlyquality data, coordinate with various other data sources andvalidating the same.
    • Helping Quality Head toensure the implementation of the policies and SOPs and monitor thesame on a continuous basis.
    • To help QualityHead in implementing Quality assurance protocols decided by Astergroup.
    • Assisting Quality Head and tocoordinate patient safety and risk management program/activities ofAster.
    • To take up any other quality initiativeas decided by the management.
    • To update thequality systems documents as and whenrequired.
    • To aid in quality improvementtraining and awareness
    • To conduct internalquality audit as per the frequency decided.
    • Toco-ordinate with the HOD's for the clearance ofnon-conformity and ensure CA & PA are taken whennecessary.
    • Performs other duties that may beassigned from time to time by superior
