This isthe job for you We are currently looking for a ProjectManager (AML Experience) (MFCJP) for one of our clientsin the insurance industry.

    • Hybrid position 2days in the office, 3 daysremote
    • Work schedule8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m.

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible formanagement of the entire project lifecycle from projectdefinition/scope throughimplementation.
    • Responsible for creating presentations and presenting tothe Steering Committee.
    • Developproject plan and drive project milestones.
    • Employ project management methodologies and tools, likeMS Project.
    • Identify, coordinate,and manage resources and key stakeholders for project. Ensureeffective change management occurs throughout the course of theproject.
    • Manage all communicationplans, training and documentation.
    • Manage stakeholders and manage deliverables andtimelines.
    • Deliver projects ontime, at/under budget and within scope.
    • Communicate project status to all stakeholders on aregular basis throughout the lifecycle of theproject.

    What you will need tosucceed:
    • Excellent oral and writtencommunications.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, project planning,judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solvingskills.
    • Exceptional softskills.
    • Expert knowledge of MSProject, Excel, MS Word and Visio.
    • 3-5 years of prior experience in project management isrequired.
    • 8+ years of experience asa Project Manager.
    • AML managerbackground (an asset).
    • Anti MoneyLaundering (AML) experience including experience of technical APIintegration.
    • Experience withSteering Committees and senior level executiveleaders.
    • Experience with RiskManagement.
