    Position: Cluster Director of MarketingRole:
    This position is responsible for providing directionguidance and leadership to a marketingdepartment.

    • What you will be doing:Overseeing the marketing department in the hotel andwaterpark.
    • Evaluating and developinghotel/waterpark marketing strategy and marketingplan.
    • Planning directing and coordinatingmarketing efforts.
    • Develop and implement amarketing plan including a promotional calendar and programs newproduct introductions and another marketingproject.
    • Working with the sales department todevelop pricing strategies to maximize profit and market sharewhile balancing guest satisfaction.
    • Offerexpert advice to develop innovative advertising public relationssocial media and events.
    • Supervise a marketingteam including hiring training workloads schedules anddeadlines.
    • Developing promotions with theadvertising manager and identifying potentialguests.
    • Understanding and developing a budgetand finance including expenditure research and developmentappropriation return on investment and profitlossprojections.
    • Developing and managingadvertising campaigns.
    • Building brand awarenessand building market positioning.
    • Organizinghotel conferences trade shows and majorevents.
    • Overseeing social media marketingstrategy and content marketing.

    Yourexperience and skills include:

    • Musthave previous experience in marketing working at a waterpark themepark or attraction park
    • Must have GCCexperience in marketing
    • Proven marketingcampaign experience.
    • Strong copywritingskills.
    • Excellent reading writing and oralproficiency in the English language.
    • Must speakArabic
    • Female candidatespreferred
    • Experience in digital marketing formssuch as social media marketing and contentmarketing.
    • Excellent interpersonal written andoral communication skills.
    • Competency inMicrosoft applications including Word Excel PowerPoint andOutlook.
