    Emergency Department RN$15,000Sign-On Bonus - Minimum of one year prioracute care RN experience (in any specialty) required for bonuseligibility; paid with first paycheck.

    ShiftDiffs: night shift $4.50, weekends$2.00

    SIGNON : up to 15K sign on, must have 1 yr acuteexperience



    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Education

    • NursingDiploma or ASN; BSNpreferred.

    Licensing/Certifications

    • CurrentFL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compactlicense held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
    • CurrentBLS Certification from the American Red Cross (HCA chosen provider)OR American Heart Associationrequired.
    • CurrentACLS & PALS/ENPC certifications preferred - required within6 months ofhire.
    • TNCCand NIHSS certifications preferred - required within 6 months ofhire.
    • CPI(Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred required within6 months ofhire.
    • CEN(Certified Emergency Nurse) certification required within 6 monthsof new hire or certification eligibility (one year of ERexperience).

    Qualifications

    • Oneyear of previous experience in an ED settingpreferred.
    • Lifting50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objectsweighing up to 25lbs.
    • Criticalthinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communicationskills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability tofollow verbal instructions, PCskills.
