    Lead Architectural Engineer is responsiblefor developing, managing, and recording technical aspects of theproject. Working closely and managing departments on conceptualdesigns, presentations, design development, andproduction.

    Duties &Responsibilities, (include but not limitedto):

    · Manage thedesign process from inception through concept, schematic design,detail design to ensure quality and clientsatisfaction.

    · Follow up with theseniors for project deliverables, meeting overall project designschedules, as well as review and follow up and presenting designpresentations.

    · Ensure projects arecompleted with high levels of technical competency, understandingof the construction documentation.

    ·Liaise with clients, take down briefs and assist with conceptdesigns and design development. Monitor the department workload andmanaging resources.

    · Reviewarchitectural or engineering plans and all requireddocuments.

    · Follow up with thesub-consultants' review / approved the necessary drawings/ reports to obtain the client approval at allstage.

    · Provide technical expertisein development or review of policies and procedures in relation toarchitectural, structures and systems and construction / safetycode.

    · Posses excellent knowledge oflocal design requirements and codes.

    ·Make sure all applicable building codes and ADA code followregulations.

    · Approve the drawingsand plans made by the team validating approval for furtherprocess.

    · Check and fix any issuesthat might occur on the design.

    ·Prepare the scope of work, specifications and drawings for tenderdocuments.

    · Act as intermediarybetween Client & the team.

    ·Work within constraining factors such as town planning legislation,environmental impact and projectbudget.

    · Follow up with buildingpermits and obtain municipalapproval.

    · Write and present reports,proposals, applications andcontracts.

    · Specify the requirementsfor the project

    · Adapt plansaccording to circumstances and resolve any problems that may ariseduring construction.

    · Ensure that thedocuments meet the municipal, company and client standards/protocols.

    · Provide the support andcooperation with the quality department requirements andaudits.

    · Provide the support andcooperation with the business development & tendersmanagement activities whenrequested.

    Education &Experience:

    · Min.15 years of experience as anArchitectural engineer
