    StrategyDevelopment:

    Develop and implement acomprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals andmarketing objectives.
    Identify target audience, trends,and insights to develop engaging content.
    Stay up-to-datewith changes in social media platforms and tools, and adjust thestrategy as needed.
    Content Creation andCuration:

    Create, edit, publish, and shareengaging content daily (text, images, videos) across various socialmedia platforms.
    Curate relevant content from industrysources and user-generated content.
    Ensure consistency inbrand messaging and tone across all social mediachannels.
    CommunityManagement:

    Interact with the online communityand respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly andprofessionally.
    Foster positive relationships withfollowers and manage online discussions.
    Handle customerqueries and complaints effectively and escalate issues whennecessary.
    Social MediaAdvertising:

    Create and manage social mediaadvertising campaigns to promote products, services, andevents.
    Monitor and optimize ad performance based on keymetrics such as click-through rates andconversions.
    Budget management for paid social mediacampaigns.
    Analytics andReporting:

    Analyze social media data and userengagement metrics to evaluate the success ofcampaigns.
    Prepare regular reports on social mediaperformance and provide insights and recommendations forimprovement.
    Monitor and analyze competitor social mediaactivities.
