    The primary responsibility of the SalesCoordinator (SLQ) is to identify companies who would bea prospects to Ventures ONSITE the salescoordinator will be responsible in scheduling qualifiedmeetings for the business development team The salescoordinator will have a target for number of meetingsscheduled each month and a annual target Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure his/her targets are achieved or exceeded each month Identifykey prospects for Ventures ONSITEPrequalifying sales skillsProfessional communication in written form is required Maintainaccurate uptodate sales pipeline and forecasts Attend exhibitionsand conferences where the company is participating to promotecompanys products and services Ensure companies image its productsand services are presented to clients and prospects in aprofessional manner Assist Account Manager for sales and marketingactivities Assist Research Team if needed in collecting anyinformation for product improvement Qualifications At least toyears in sales coordinating or pre sales role Excellent timemanagement Understanding of the Construction & Energysector Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtainleadsthrough comparison and evaluation of possiblesourcing opportunitiesProven ability to achieve goal Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills Exceptional organizational skillsSelfmotivated to work independently with team supportto closebusiness Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks andobjectivesEffectively work with Microsoft Office applications includingOutlook Word Excel and Power Point Handling external ClientsAchieve Sales Targets Maintain Company Confidentiality Remote WorkNo
