- Input into Relationship strategy and proactively identifynew credit sales opportunities to drive RM lending revenue growth Receive and coordinate account maintenance requests including;mandate change and ID/VA updates, additional credit, debit andbusiness card requests and limit amendments, account closer andname changes and director changes etc.
- Action customer queriesincluding statement requests, account transfers, payments, SO/DDsetup & amendments and audit letter receipt andinstruction
