- A bachelor's degreeand at least 4 years of related work experience
- A degreein business, accounting, finance, computer science, informationsystems or a related discipline
- Approximately 4 years ofexperience working as an IT auditor or IT risk advisor for a publicaccounting firm, professional services firm or financial servicescompany, or comparable experience as an advisor to a financialservices company
- Solid experience leading IT internalaudit, external audit, service organization control reportingand/or IT internal controls engagements and assisting with businessdevelopment activities within financial services
- Experience with internal audit risk assessments, SOX/internalcontrols, Service Organization Control (SOC) reporting, tools andenablers in the financial services sector
- Strong projectmanagement skills
- Advanced written and verbalcommunication skills and presentation skills
- Excellentleadership, teamwork and client service skills Ideally,you'll also have CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA orCFE certification is desired; non-certified hires are required tobecome certified within 1 year from the date of hire.
