    As our Rider Acquisition andPartnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing andgrowing strategic 3pl partnerships and scaling the fleet as percountry needs while ensuring 100% legalcompliance.

    What's OnYour Plate?

    • Scale up the fleet while ensuring100% compliance
    • Develop and implement bestpractices for rider acquisition via various acquisition &marketing channels.
    • Achieving monthly hiringtargets which align with the country supplyplan
    • Develop a strong community within thelocal rider management teams, to ensure the quality of standards,experience, and adherence to regional and localprocesses.
    • Build, maintain and partially ownstrong relationships with all 3PL partners across thecountry.
    • Develop the infrastructure,technology, and processes required for large-scale onboarding ofriders.
    • Create the right incentives and/orpenalties for 3rd parties to achieve their hiringtargets
    • Be the voice of the 3rd party toTalabat: Listen to the challenges and find solutions within theinternal team.
