MISSIONOF THEROLE

Asa Customer Advisor, you will stand at the very centre of ourorganization, transform the store visit into a memorable luxuryshopping experience and safeguard the growth and longevity of ourBrand as Brand
Yourrole will be to engage the customers in their discovery of ourheritage through storytelling and creating an atmosphere ofpassion, energy and enthusiasm for the Brand
You willtirelessly build relationships with each customer that last overtime, and begin with the quality of their welcome, the gestures andrituals of the selling ceremony and the provision of the highestlevel of service .In conclusion your role will be to act as atrusted advisors of style, offering suggestions and alternatives tothe customer using the highest level of sophistication and

GuaranteeingSelling Flow execution to understand the client and build intimateknowledge of preferences, contact information, and lifestyle todevelop customerprofiles
Demonstratingagility in responding to different customer types, usingflexibility in conversational style andapproach
Offerpersonalized service as part of the Brand experience, to meet thecustomer s current andfuture needs demonstratingbasic understanding of Made-to-Measure and the ability to introduceand promote it through a sophisticated sellingflow
Utilizingcompany provided (iPod/iPad) technology to offer a complete andintegrated luxuryexperience
Proactivelydeveloping a continued trustworthy customer relationship withBrand, ( CRM after sales activities including Thank You notes andFollow-up phonecalls).
Takesownership of resolving & escalating customer issues orcomplaints with empathy, while adhering to Brand customer servicepolicies such as alteration, damage and repair, global returnpolicies

SalesManagement

Driveand maximize sales performance to consistently achieve individualsales target while ensuring a luxury costumerexperience
Workwith the store team to execute action plans to achieve daily,weekly, monthly and yearly sales and KPI targets as assigned by theStoreManager
Proposeservice, MTM, RTW products; visual and operational improvementsthat assist the team to achieve and overcome sellingchallenges

TeamSpirit

Activelycommunicate customer, product and other store information to thebroader store team to ensure customer and business needs aremet
Rolemodel good team work to enhance the overall team moral to create anenthusiastic and engaged sales forceenvironment
Supportthe orientation & integration of new staff through actingas learning coach or buddy as assigned by the Store Manager[Advanced - SeniorCA]

BrandPresentation

Demonstratesconsistently high standards of personal grooming in accordance toBrand uniform and grooming standards andguidelines
FollowsBrand product and gift packaging standards and guidelines to ensureBrand luxury and qualityimage
Maintaincleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and productdisplays
Ensurein-store visual merchandising adheres to Brand Visual Merchandisingguidelines: support window displays as required, demonstratingstrong accountability for every aspect of the overall storeincluding back of the houseoperations

StoreOperations

Adhereto Brand store operations and time and attendance policies andstandards
Followthe directions of the Store Manager or appointed team member onstore operational tasks that includes but not limited to stockroom, inventory, cashiering, reporting duties, guest beverageservice
Help thestore in closing sales -support in ringingsales
Utilizestore systems as needed efficiently andaccurately
Maintainaccountability for store inventories by vigilantly reporting anydiscrepancy in labelling or inventorylevels
