    • Developand design marketing materials for both print and digital platformsincluding brochures flyers website graphics social media posts andpresentations.
    • Createbranding materials such as logos typography guides and colorpalettes.
    • Collaboratewith photographers and videographers to produce highquality visualcontent.
    • Manageand maintain the companys brand identityguidelines.
    • Collaboratewith marketing sales and other teams to ensure all design materialsare aligned with brand messaging andobjectives.
    • Stayupdated on current design trends and industry bestpractices.
    • Manageand prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meetingdeadlines.
    • Assistwith other designrelated tasks asneeded.


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design or a relatedfield.
    • Minimumof 5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer preferably inthe real estateindustry.
    • Strongportfolio showcasing a diverse range of designwork.
    • Proficientin Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator InDesignand AfterEffects.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
    • Strongtime management and organizationalskills.
    • Attentionto detail and a commitment toquality.
    • Experiencewith marketing principles and best practices is aplus.

    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Minimum of5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably inthe real estate industry.
