    Provide the highest standards of customer service bydemonstrating excellent knowledge of products and services

    Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times ofsafety / security in the store without any negligence

    Patiently address all customer relatedgrievances or get a concrete solution from superiors and feelcustomer satisfied with best shopping experience

    Ensure that all sections/cash/backstore areneat and clean and all items are correctly priced

    Ensure Product knowledge workbooks/manuals arecompleted/studied in the given time

    Ensure thehighest standards of merchandising and housekeeping standards aremaintained in store at all times

    Ensurecorrect rotation of stock on the shelves

    Maintaining adequate stock on shelves and correct signage isdisplayed

    Accurate stock ordering to maximizesales

    Participate in morning briefings andother meetings actively and utilize relevant information for selfand business development

    Carry out and supportin all Audits of the store and implement given suggestions on time

    Minimize all types of losses i.e. damagesshoplifting etc taking place in the store

    Train and support newly recruited staff and feel them comfortablein their assignments
