- Establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth.
- Establishing relationship with partners at all organization levels including senior executives.
- Recruiting and developing B2B relationship with IT Segment in UAE.
- Keeping full engagement with Cisco Partners business managers Team.
- Achieving assigned quota for Cisco products and services.
- Following up for payment and maintaining credit lines with all partners.
- Conducting weekly engagements with Cisco Account Managers on priorities and ensuring complete alignment with the Cisco GTM strategy.
- Ensuring maximum breadth coverage and endtoend relationship on deals.
- Enabling sales representatives within partners.
- Remaining updated with current technologies on Networking (not limited to Cisco).
- Bachelors Degree/ Bachelors in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
- 12 years of selling experience in Information Technology (distribution level will considered as an added advantage).
- Very good knowledge of the UAE IT market.
- UAE drivers license is mandatory.
- Good communication (verbal and written) in English.
- Very good command of MS Office.
- Ability to handle multi partners at the same time with high quota.
- Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.
- Ability to recruit new partners.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry competing vendors and the channel.
- Solid understanding of pipeline management.
