    Manage and coordinate delivery ofthe financial reporting and technical accounting requirements of awide range of clients and the management of such clientrelationship, with a particular focus on the mentoring directreport(s) and providing the highest quality of customerservice.

    Specificresponsibilities include but are not limitedto:

    Roles&Responsibilities

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Responsible for theaccounting and administration of a portfolio of Private Equity andClosed Ended Funds and Singapore-incorporatedcompanies.

    Record all accountingtransactions and prepare periodic work papers, management accountsand financial statements

    Bank accountreconciliation

    Perform follow-up withclient as necessary on accountingdocumentation

    Respond to clientqueries

    Handle client payments andreceipts

    Co-ordinate annualaudits

    Draft annual financialstatements and their related FRS/IFRS/US GAAPdisclosures

    Monitor/adhere toSingapore regulatory deadlines for quarterly GST, annual and taxfilings

    Assist on client servicematters, maintaining and building clientrelationships

    Undertake generaladministration and other projects asassigned

    Establish, build andmaintain strong relationships and networks with both internal,cross jurisdictional and external contacts including auditors andthird parties;

    Identify revenuegenerating activities on existingportfolio;

    Support the leadershipteam with client meetings, new business pitches and new businessproposals;

    Dealing with investorqueries and the delivery of investor statements to includequarterly distributions and NAVproduction;

    Assist with training,supervision and management of direct reports as well as otherjunior members of the team;and

    Execute our client serviceoffering, ensure excellent service levels and escalate deliveryissues to senior management, provide initial solutions tochallenges

    Own relationships withother providers in the industry, including auditors and lawfirms

    Ownership of client requests,ensure all requests are complete in line with clientexpectations

    Meet with key clients ona regular basis to maintain and nurturerelationships

    Support automation aspart of client solutions

    Promotesystem optimisation to assist in enhancing our serviceoffering

    Work effectively with therelevant accountingteam

    Governance

    Involvement in operational improvementprojects

    Demonstrate professionalscepticism on a day to day basis

    Ownand manage risk on a day to day basis for client relationships inline with the 3 lines of defence model with applicable guidancefrom senior management and escalate issues in a timely manner asappropriate.

    Instil an environment offull compliance to policies &procedures

    Review CDD to ensure alldocumented in line with polices andprocedures

    Monitor action points andensure completion of these in a timelymanner

    Work effectively andcollaborate with our complianceteam

    Financemanagement

    Ensure that allclient fees are issued in line with contracts and collected on atimely basis

    Work effectively andcollaborate with our financeteam

    PeopleManagement

    Provide feedbackin a timely manner

    Have regular1-2-1s with your direct report(s)

    Requirements

    Qualificationand Experience:

    PrivateEquity/Real Estate or prior Fund Industry experience is preferredbut not mandatory

    Degree inaccountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA ) or finance orequivalent

    Sound knowledge ofSingapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP.

    Strong working knowledge of EXCEL and MSWord.
