    The Training IntegrationEngineer is responsible for the co-ordination and support theimplementation of the Qatar Technical Institute (QTI) Training andEngineering governance mandates as applicable to TrainingConfigurable Items, the upkeep of related engineering documents,and the product safety managementsystem.

    Working in support of the Design &Development Lead, assist in the development and implementation ofall required config control, validation/verification, andcertification activities for all training artefacts, integration oftraining devices, and config control of all associated engineeringdocuments, ensuring that BAE Systems (Air) Engineering and Traininggovernance mandates, policies and standards areimplemented.

    Working in support of the TechnicalOperations Manager, the Training Integration Engineer will assistin the update and implementation of all requiredEngineering/Product Safety Management plans. These plans willinclude all relevant policies, procedures, and reporting systems,ensuring that the TI can demonstrate adherence companyPolicies.

    They will alsosupport the implementation of the Product Safety Management System(PSMS) and all associated documentation; organising and providinginputs and secretariat services to SAG, HMM, & PSECmeetings; assist the Technical Operation Manager in preparinginputs to the QPSM.

    They will be required toprovide guidance to all areas of the project to ensure that ProductSafety risks associated with operations are appropriately managedand mitigated, and will work closely with the SHE associate toensure that SHE aspects of safety are properlygoverned.

    CoreActivities

    • Support theDesign & Development lead in the production and preparationof certification documentation and validation activities forconfigurable item deliverables.
    • Support theTechnical Operations Manager in Engineering Governance, Design andCertification activities, and the maintenance of all training& engineering relateddocuments.
    • Support the Technical OperationsManager in ensuring the PSMS meets all contractual and regulatoryrequirements. Support the safe introduction of newcapabilities.
    • Produce reports for management,at varying frequencies, as appropriate. Prepare and deliverpresentations and reports to support engineering/ product safetyactivities.
