    Customer Focus

    Effective resourceplanning for customer service

    Ensure regulartraining of store staff on all aspects of customer service productknowledge and selling skills

    Implement a highstandard of customer focus within the store

    Sales and Commercial Profit

    Achieve therevenue targets for the store

    Achieve targetproductivity metric (sales per person per day staff per sqft) forthe store Actively seeks ways to achieve or exceed shop salestargets

    SOP and Store Standards

    Ensure accurate stock merchandise andmanagement (stock ageing stock loss space management) within thestore

    Oversee and monitor all point of salesactivities in the store which includes sales transactions trackingcustomer orders and payments registering sale and maintaininginventory updates providing service handling returns and refundsgathering consumer data for feedback

    Overseeand monitor the inventory management in the store (stockavailability order management back store management stock movementwithin store)

    People Management

    Ensure store expectations and priorities arecommunicated to staff

    Review and provideregular feedback on staffs performance against expectations

    Carry out regular and relevant instoretraining and enroll staff on relevant Learning and Developmentcourses
