    Site / Project Manager (Shutdown / TurnAround) – JD Job Specification & KeyAccountabilities (Duties include but not limited to)

    Refer togeneral accountability below:

    Project Management to completion ofall aspects of assigned turn around project - to overhaul andrefurbish, such as compressors, blowers, steam turbines and pumpsto schedule delivery and including Quality, Training, HSSE,Reporting, Manpower management, Utilization, and Invoicing.

    Responsibility for monitoring and communicating all assignedproject deliverables including but not limited to hardware, disputemanagement, customer satisfaction and on time delivery.

    Responsiblefor driving required recruitment / resources required for turnaround project, ensuring brought in staff are fully suitable.
    Responsibility for monitoring and reporting project progress.
    Ensuring that assigned projects are launched in a timely andprofessional manner.

    Ensuring that timely client and internalmeetings are arranged and that all relevant project handoverdocumentation is completed and distributed to relevant personnel.

    Developing and maintaining relationships and interfaces with otherkey functions within Sulzer and in country partner to drive allaspects of Engineering, Procurement and Production.

    Responsible forreporting, driving, and controlling of project specific milestonesand achievement to project schedules, with appropriate feedback tocolleagues. Developing and maintaining strong relationships withcustomers and suppliers to reduce commercial risk and to maximizefuture business opportunities. Provision of clearly definedresponsibilities for colleagues and client contacts.
    Management/co-ordination of all aspects of assigned project inhouse and external related documentation to facilitate timelyproject Close Outs. Acting as a single point of contact for allproject communication, both internally and externally Ensuringco-ordination of all project activities. Providing timelymanagement/business feedback. Proactively engage and supportcompany initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working,environmental protection, and continual improvement.


    Qualifications:
    University degree in engineering or businessdiscipline. Project Management experience on complex projectswithin Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Middle Eastregion. Previous experience in major turnaround projects.
    Experience in rotating equipment essential. Experience of contractnegotiation in a commercial environment. Supplier/Customermanagement experience. General computer skills.
