    Job Summary: ProductManager

    This role is responsible for developingproducts for the Aviation Air Cargo practice under the direction ofthe Practice Heads. Product Managers will be the most knowledgeableabout their product in the Practice. The Product Manager will actas Subject Matter Expert in sales situations to discuss details oftheir products and how they create value for clients. The roleshould support practice development lead sales efforts for ourproducts and hold endtoend responsibility of sales forproducts

    Responsibilities

    • Developingthe product strategy and roadmap
    • Designingdeveloping and managing activities from product definition planningto production and release
    • Managingprioritisation and tradeoffs between customer experience businessimpact performance and postlaunchsupport
    • Working crossfunctionally with designand technology teams to ensure timely and quality release ofproduct/ enhancements
    • Analysing productperformance and redesigning asrequired

    SkillsKeyRequirements

    • You have a strongbackground in software engineering as well as prior experience inproduct management
    • Should have strong workexperience in the domain of Logistics and International cargooperations specifically in Cargo Commercial Revenue ManagementGround Handling and Revenue Accounting.
    • Youhave prior experience in managing a product throughout itslifecycle
    • A project management certification(eg. PMP) would be a plus
    • You possess strongproblem solving and prioritisation skills
    • Youhave excellent interpersonal and communicationskills
    • You can work effectively with crossfunctional teams
    • Excellent verbal; written;presentation; facilitation; communication; relationship buildingand skills
    • Excellent client presence and provenclient relationship building capability; willing to provide senior/ top level client references
    • Experience inworking with large distributed teams in a highly dynamicenvironment preferably involving an onshore/offshore model ishighly desirable.
    • Ability to work independentlyand proactively in a dynamic and ambiguousenvironment
    • Depth to support practicemethodology growth and mentor affiliated teammembers
    • Qualified to degree level orprofessional equivalent is required; M.B.A. or Masters in arelevant discipline from a top university stronglypreferred

    Location /Travel:

    Extensive travel (domestic orinternational) is required
