• Plan, oversee and coordinatemaintenance of SBM facilities and utility equipment at offshore toensure flawless operation of export/ import of crude oil at IslandTerminal and with no disruptions to export/ import capabilities ofSBMs
• Plans, supervises and directs theactivities of subordinates to ensure that all activities arecarried out in accordance with safe working practices andprocedures, maintains Procedures and Records of all activitiesconforming to Client HSE and QAPolicies.
• Prepares maintenance Schedules forSBMs and utility equipment such as Swing ropes, Safety equipment,moorings, Positioning of moorings offshore, maintenance ofNavigation aids etc. in SAP, maintains detailed records of repairsand maintenance carried out, showing such information as man-hours,materials, parts replaced and the likes so that historical recordare established and recurring faults can beidentified
• Review SAP notification, create workorder for execution and update progress regularly. Prepare 3 weekslook ahead work plans, allocate man power & other relatedresources like duration, material requirements and any othersupport if needed etc. and produce shop floor paper for jobexecution by operations supervisors
• Inspects orreceives inspection reports from Operation Supervisor (SBM) aboutthe present status and condition of SBMs and according to thefindings decides about further action in order to minimize any downtime or operational disruptions
