    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers, offering personalized assistance andensuring their needs and preferences are met with the higheststandard of service.
    • Coordinate and oversee allaspects of the customer experience, from initial contact topost-purchase follow-up, ensuring a smooth, efficient, andenjoyable process.
    • Represent the brand withintegrity and sophistication, embodying its values and standards inevery customer interaction.
    • Actively solicitand analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement andimplement strategies to enhance the customerexperience.
    • Work closely with sales, service,and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customercare and to resolve any issues promptly andeffectively.
    • Organize and manage exclusiveevents and experiences for customers, enhancing brand loyalty andengagement.
    • Stay informed about the latesttrends in luxury automotive services and customer care, and suggestinnovative ideas to keep our services ahead of thecurve.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a concierge roleor similar, preferably in the luxury automotive sector or high-endhospitality.
    • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with adiscerning clientele.
    • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities, with meticulous attention todetail.
    • A passion for the Lexus brand and adeep understanding of the luxurymarket.
    • Ability to work flexibly, includingweekends and evenings asrequired.
