    • This role is responsible forClaims/FCN's preparations and ensuring that allFCN's will be sent to Finance APSS Team as per requireddeadline after receiving all needed Sales Report and supportingdocuments from Sales Team after the PromoPeriod.
    • Will be responsible forClaims/FCN's preparation, follow ups from Sales Team forall Sell Out and related Documents to ensure FCN's willbe submitted as per target timeline.
    • Responsible for FCN Tracker at alltimes
    • Check and Analyse that the Customer DNTransaction Period shall be matching with in the Approved PromoPeriod.
    • Follow ups with Sales Team for the SellReport and all FCN's Supporting Documents for allCustomer participated on the Promotions.

    Skills

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma holder relevant to therole
    • At least 2-3 years of experience inDistribution Industry Electronics (Telecom) / FMCG or experienceequivalent in similar capacity and industry preferably within theregion
    • Demonstrated organizationalskills
    • Demonstrated analyticalskills
    • Computer literate using Word and MSExcel (Knowledgeable in Basic Formulas)
    • Abilityto multi-task and can work with minimumsupervision
    • Ability to meet deadlines underwork pressure
