    LexiConn is looking for candidates who are passionateand have significant experience in developing engaging content.

    Requirements


    What will you be doing?
    • Help create accurate and high-quality copyacross all publishing platforms.
    • Work onnew-age video creation tools to create short news video capsules
    • Work toenhance the quality of our content within tight timelines.
    • Work onAI-supported tools and an evolving CMS with skill and agility
    • Simplifycommunication and rework copy (as needed) for varying demographics.
    • Edit copyfor varying lengths and adhere to various platform-specificguidelines.
    • Ensure alignment of content to brandrequirements and tonality.
    • Work on creating, moderating &ideating for LIVE shows.

    What is expected fromyou?
    • Anexperienced content writer with years of news contentexperience.
    • An Internet junkie with a fascination forcontent across a wide spectrum of subjects.
    • Deeplyaware of various content apps and social media platforms.
    • Havegeneral news awareness across categories.
    • Afresher, or recent graduate with a track record/qualifications /project work that demonstrates excellent English language skillsand a passion for content and media.
    • Amenableto work on any given day, including weekends and holidays, toaddress the news cycle well. Glance's content teams work 365 days ayear, while individuals in the team work on 5 out of 7 days.
    • Outstanding in your ability to use languageand grammar well, without being verbose, for a new-age contentplatform.
    • Passionate about working in a fast-pacedenvironment, where role dynamics, expectations and work nature canevolve almost on a quarterly basis.
    • Comfortable with using basic video and imageediting software to process basic multimedia work.
    • Fantasticat time management and deeply committed to meeting deadlines.
    • Ateam-player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Workdeeply with cross-functional teams to deliver the bestresults.
