    • Receiving the requirements ofinternal users thru Nevison, reviewing the Purchase requisitions(PR) for the proper documentation
    • Communicatingwith the users for any additional documentation required to processthe PR.
    • Updating the Procurement Log on dailybasis
    • Interfacing between Procurementspecialist, buyers and manufacturers/suppliers for facilitatingsmooth order execution and handling the entire business cycle fromquotation to closing the Purchaseorder.
    • Identifying vendors for the materialrequired and negotiating with them for price, quality &delivery terms, besides coordinating with the suppliers for timelyand seamless receipt of material.
    • Interactingwith internal users & keeping them informed on the statusof running orders to ensure on-time delivery ofshipments.
    • Coordinating with admins of alldepartments and act as focal point for procurement relatedactivities
    • Manage and interpret internalcustomer requirements, anticipate issues and exceed theirneeds.
    • Good communication skills (Verbal& Written)
    • Very good interpersonalskills.
    • Strong fundamental knowledge in therelated field.
