Junaid Yousuf Bhayat is an IT Support Specialist with over 15 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, user 
support, currently based in Doha, Qatar. His expertise includes L1/L2 support, cloud platforms, network 
management, and administration of tools such as Intune, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Azure, SAP and Cisco 
AnyConnect. He holds an MS in Software Engineering and a BS in Information Technology, along with certifications 
in Microsoft, AWS, CCNA, and SAP Basis. His technical skills span systems hardware, software, cloud services, 
networking, and basic virtualization, complemented by strong troubleshooting, communication, and adaptability.
