- Plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve long-term organizational goals with a focus on business development opportunities in Middle East or International markets
- Actively promote and build relationships with Halul / Milaha's diversified fleet, ensuring regular client visits
- Estimate bid costs, submit Pre-Qualifications, Spot & term bids in consultation with Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager
- Review and manage status of Spot and Term Bids status sheet
- Coordinate with Commercial team in the GCC to explore rehire and cross hire business prospects in Qatar, Middle East Region, South East Asia, and Indian Subcontinent
- Collaborate with Diving to propose marketing strategies for Diving Vessels, ROV's, Diving spread, and subsea capabilities
- Develop vessel specs sheets in coordination with Marine Operations, Fleet & Technical and Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager
- Ensure timely payments from Clients in the region
- Provide market intelligence for investment decisions in newer assets and expansion into new geographies
- Represent the company at conferences and trade shows, offering market updates
- Work closely with other commercial staff on market activities as required
- Adhere to Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality standards
- Support Health & Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality initiatives
- Perform assigned duties and responsibilities efficiently
- Minimum 4 years of experience in offshore chartering / oil and Gas sector in a similar role
- Experience in reviewing local and international tenders
- Strong skills in preparing and finalizing project submissions
- Knowledge of current trends in the offshore industry
