- Responsible for estimation of bidcosts, review and timely submission of Pre-Qualifications, Spot& term bids in consultation with Commercial Manager /Senior Commercial Manager
- Review , update and finalizestatus of Spot and Term Bids status sheet
- Co–ordinate with Commercial team in the GCC and developrehire and cross hire business opportunities in Qatar, Middle EastRegion : Identify and source suitable vessels within the region,South East Asia, Indian Subcontinent, Carryout pre-fixtureevaluations of chartered-in vessels, manage operational andcontractual aspects of chartered in vessels during the post fixturephase
- Work closely with Diving to develop proposals formarketing of Diving Vessels, ROV's, Diving spread andoutsource specialist subsea capabilities as and when required tooffer a one stop solution to clients in the Subsea market inconsultation with Commercial Manager
- Develop and finalizespecs sheets of vessels in a new format in consultation with MarineOperations, Fleet & Technical and Commercial Manager /Senior Commercial Manager
- Responsible for expeditingrealization of payments from Clients in the region
- Provide market intelligence and analysis for developing businesscases for investment in newer assets, expansion in newgeographies
- Attend conferences / trade shows as approvedby Corporate and provide regular updates on marketintelligence.
- Coordinate with other commercial staff onmarket and commercial activities as necessary.
- Complianceto all Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment andQuality policies, Manuals, Procedures, Laws, Regulations andStandards
- Comply and cooperate with Milaha Health& Safety, Security, Environment and Quality consultations,training and initiatives
