    • Perform regular and systematicaudits of automotive service centers, workshops, and technicians toevaluate their compliance with industry standards, manufacturerguidelines, and company policies.
    • Assess thequality of service provided by automotive technicians, ensuringthat repairs and maintenance are performed accurately andefficiently, and that customer service standards aremet.
    • Ensure that automotive service centersadhere to relevant regulations, manufacturer guidelines, companypolicies, safety standards, environmental policies, and legalrequirements.
    • Maintain detailed audit recordsand prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings,highlighting areas of non-compliance, and recommending correctiveactions.
    • Identify opportunities for processimprovement and efficiency enhancement within automotive serviceoperations, fostering continuous improvement in servicequality.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latestautomotive technologies, tools, and diagnostic equipment to ensurethat service centers are equipped with the necessary resources forefficient and accurate repairs.
    • Analyzecustomer feedback and complaints related to automotive servicequality and evaluate how service centers effectively addressesthese issues and improve customersatisfaction.
