    Reporting to the Chief Concierge,responsibilities and essential job functions include but are notlimited to the following:

    • Assist the Chief Concierge in allaspects of the department and ensure service standards arefollowed
    • Provides managerial support forconcierge desk, in the daily operational duties for theseareas
    • Consistently offer professional, friendlyand engaging service
    • Communicate throughpre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings all pertinentinformation for the respective shift and areas ofoperation
    • Train team members and fulfilltraining role.
    • Manage any emergencies on theconcierge desk and take necessaryactions
    • Follow up all audit points with regardsto LQA, JD Powers, etc..
    • Assist guestsregarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpfulway
    • Follow department policies, procedures andservice standards
    • Follow all safetypolicies
    • Other duties asassigned
