- Greetand welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the department,ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen,and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate informationand taking messages as required.
- Assist customers byanswering questions related to pre-owned vehicles, servicesoffered, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain officesecurity by following safety procedures and controlling access viathe reception desk.
- Perform administrative duties suchas filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, directing them to theappropriate staff for resolution.
- Keep the receptionarea tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g.,pens, forms, and brochures).
- Update calendars andschedule meetings/appointments for the sales team, if required.
- Process transactions and handle financial informationwith confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the sales team toidentify customer needs and support sales activities.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results asneeded.
