    The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented teamplayer . You will be assigned duties as required (i.e. organizationof inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and generalclerical support). Responsibilities

    • Answer and directphone calls, update in daily incoming calls.
    • ATTENDANCESHEETS (daily, weekly, monthly)
    • EMAILS - inquiries,clarifications, documents
    • Distribute mail.
    • PHONEBOOK —— contact details
    • REFERENCE SHEETS - technical works, filing.
    • IPR's ——- office supplies
    • SUPPLIER INVOICES, SOA & IT'S PAYMENTS
    • Filling
    • PETTY CASH (invoices, petty cash sheet update)
    • COURIER MONITORING (receiving, sending, filing)
    • MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES Qualifications
    • Highschool diploma or relevant work experience
    • Ability tomaintain a positive attitude
    • Excellent communicationskills
