    Bidding Cycle Management

    • Identify the information and resource requirements forinitial inquiry, preparing proposals, customer evaluation andsupplier selection.
    • Responsible for the accuracy andquality of the end proposal and bid package.
    • Follow upwith clients and act on successfully winning submitted bids ProjectImplementation
    • Work closely with the project team inorder to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in orderto identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or relatedto the project.
    • Be involved from the project kickoffmeeting until final project sign-off. Recurring Service / aftersales support
    • Ensure satisfactory resolution of allsupport requests.
    • Coordinate the work of technicalsupport teams to provide customers with the different services theyneed Responsibilities on a regular/ ongoing Basis
    • Determine the most crucial needs of the customer and carry them outto ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service.
    • Handle daily customer management operations and providetimely resolution for customer issues and complaint, using problemsolving experience in implementation.
    • Entertaincustomers as and when necessary in order to build strongrelationship with the customer.
    • Build relationships withthe senior business and financial executives who influencepurchasing decisions in customer companies.
    • Focus onmaintaining relationships with technical decision makers such asthe chief information officer, information technology director andinformation technology manager on a day-to-day level
    • Supply senior management with regular reports on customer revenueand variances in line with targets agreed in Business Plan AccountAdministration
    • Carry out continuous market analysis andresearch on the dynamics of the account.
    • Drive accountmanagement and influence organizational engagement resulting infootprint expansion.
    • Keep abreast on the developmentsfrom the client's side as well as the market in which theclient operates.
    • Owns the contract and contract renewalsfor new work for an existing client.
    • Follow up oninvoices and is responsible for payment collections.
    • Thorough understanding of the history of our relationship with thecustomer

    This includes:

    • Full understanding of allcurrent and old contracts signed with the customer
    • Complete knowledge of the services we provide and the coststructure Up selling And Cross Selling
    • Prepare fullaccount development plan in order to identify all aspects ofcustomers business in terms of revenue, requirements,opportunities, risk, etc. and maximize business opportunity
    • Identifying and develop new leads from existingaccounts.
    • Actively seek to increase the services offeredto the customer and may be expected to increase the incomegenerated by cross-sell and up-sell
    • Manage conflicts andcome up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
    • Promote all iHorizons products/ services as they become available.
    • Ensure preparation of product specification and projectinitiation
    • Build trust and strengthen relationships bykeeping customers informed on the way emerging technologies canhelp their business.
    • Prepare briefings on the business,technical and financial benefits of technology and collaborate withcustomers to develop customized solutions.
    • Ensure thatall the logistics related to proposal submission are in place.
    • Use iHorizons CRM to log and update all activities, andgenerate sales reports
