    JobResponsibilities:
    • Contributesto marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify andacquire customers.
    • Obtains marketshare by developing social media marketing plans and programs foreach product and directing promotionalsupport.
    • Maintains online relationswith customers by organizing and developing specificcustomer-relationsprograms.
    • Provides short- andlong-term market forecasts and reports by directing market researchcollection, analysis, and interpretation of marketdata.
    • Develops new approaches formarket development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consultingwith internal and externalsources.
    • Maintains research databaseby identifying and assembling marketinginformation.
    • Provides marketinginformation by answering questions andrequests.
    • Achieves financialobjectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures,analyzing variances, and initiating correctiveactions.
    • Completes social mediamarketing department operational requirements by scheduling andassigning employees and following up on workresults.
    • Maintains social mediamarketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and trainingemployees.
    • Maintains social mediamarketing staff job results by counseling and discipliningemployees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising jobresults.
    • Develops marketing staff byproviding information, educational opportunities, and experientialgrowthopportunities.

    • Solidknowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
    • Working knowledge of ad servingtools
    • Experience in setting up andoptimizing PPC campaigns on all major searchengines
