    About the Job - Title:Journeyman HVAC/RTech

    About theRole:

    Immediate opening for 3Commercial HVAC Tech positions. This is a mid tier experienced HVACtech position for commercial refrigeration and control systems.Looking for a team player who can work individually in the field.Connected Community, in a stable growing company based in FtCollins.

    • This is a full-time positionwith consistent optional overtime.
    • On call 1 Xa month, dispatched from home local travel, NOovernight

    Responsibilities:

    • CommercialHVAC Maintenance Tech, to work with Installation & repairof Commercial Heating and Coolingsystems
    • Providing excellent customer service,and troubleshooting, problem solving, diagnosing and replacementrecommendations for refrigeration and heatingsystems
    • Maintaining a service schedule, andchecking safety & limit controls.
    • PM& repair and assist in change outs of Commercial, Rooftoppackages up to 30 tons and split units.
    • ServiceCooling Towers, Heat Pumps, Split systems, pneumatic controlsystems, Data Centers, Server Rooms and Rooftop Units,refrigeration systems, DDC Controls for mission critical HVACClients

    Requirements

    • Troubleshootand maintain package units, high tonnage chillers, pump towers,cooling towers control systems, high tonnage boilers,
    • Server Rooms, Data Centers, IT Rooms(experience preferred notrequired)
    • Understanding Real Time EnergyManagement (RTEM) enabling Client Services to utilize Data-DrivenDecision-Making (DDDM) is helpful
    • Lift 75lbs
    • Have hand tools
    • 3+years of experience working with commercial HVAC systems andrefrigeration.
    • Will need experience withboilers, chillers, and pneumatic controls, digital controls andpackaged HVAC equipment.
    • Universal EPAcertified
    • Journeyman HVAC preferred but notrequired.
    • Clean drivingrecord.
