Job Description:
We areseeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team and supportour daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be highlyorganized detailoriented and capable of managing multiple taskssimultaneously. As an Administrative Coordinator you will beresponsible for a variety of administrative duties includingscheduling appointments coordinating logistics and providinggeneral office support.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Perform general office taskssuch as answering phones managing email correspondence and filingdocuments.
2. Schedule appointments and meetingsfor executives and team members ensuring efficient use oftime.
3. Coordinate logistics for meetings eventsand travel arrangements including booking accommodations andarranging transportation.
4. Follow up withclients vendors and team members to ensure timely completion oftasks and projects.
5. Assist in preparingreports presentations and other documents asneeded.
6. Maintain office supplies inventory andplace orders as necessary.
7. Provideadministrative support to various departments asrequired.
8. Uphold confidentiality and handlesensitive information withdiscretion.
Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in administrative work or a similarrole.
2. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
3. Strong attention to detailand accuracy.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word Excel Outlook).
5. Effectivecommunication skills both verbal and written.
6.Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
7. Adaptability and willingness to take onnew tasks and challenges.
8. Prior experiencewith scheduling software or CRM systems is aplus.
