    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Contribute to the Talent Management framework and HRstrategy.
    • Assist in developing trainingguidelines and oversee their implementation.
    • Determine learning needs and collaborate on TrainingNeeds Analysis.
    • Liaise with HR and PerformanceManagement to tailor individual development plans.
    • Propose training budget and manage technical and personaldevelopment programs.
    • Identify and evaluatepotential training partners.
    • Develop criteriato assess training effectiveness and recommendimprovements.
    • Manage logistics for trainingdelivery and develop educational materials including elearningmodules.
    • Ensure accurate training records anddocumentation.

    Communication:

    • Internal: With TalentManagement Manager VPs Line Managers and Employees for developingtraining plans and discussing needs.
    • External: With TrainingVendors for coordinating and validating trainingprograms.

    Qualifications& Skills:

    • Bachelors in HR Business Administration orrelated.
    • 68 years in talent management; 3years in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in officeand web applications.
    • Fluent in Arabic andEnglish.
    • Strong knowledge in HR managementtheories best practices training development concepts and QatariLabor laws.
