    • BSc Degree in Science, HumanResources or Commercial field orequivalent
    • InternationalExperience
    • At least 5+ years'experience in an operational recruitment and/or contractsrole
    • Professional experience: 5 yearspost-graduate experience in his/her field and the O&Gindustry

    C&Ptoolscompetencies

    • C&P(SAP, GEP, MPP, etc)
    • Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Applications (Word, Excel (Advanced level), Power Point)etc.
    • Good writing skills, communicationskills

    ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

    • ContractEngineer TAS is accountable for the mobilization of contractedpersonnel in accordance with the Company policies and guidelines tomobilize high calibre personnel in accordance with the right marketrates to ensure safe and effective delivery of company'sproduction's objectives in accordance with theRecruitment plan.
    • To produce contractualdocuments according to company procedures and ethics
    • To provide a quality, cost-effective and timeefficient contracts service to Partners' Entities
    • To participate in the optimization of theeconomic performance of the operations conducted incompany.
    • Performing CRA (contract riskassessment) together with DUET
    • Establish CFTcommercial documents- Prepare and send out the dossiers ofpre-consultation and Standard or Complex invitations tobid
    • Verify the alignment with HSE clauses,Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislationwhen issuing all technical contracts and when drafting contractualand commercial terms and conditions, prepare the CRA (ContractRiskAssessment)
    • Verify the Terms &Conditions (standard, general andfinancial)
    • Compose contracts from standardcontracts or without standard contract and create outlineagreements.
    • Conduct the Terms &Conditions bid analysis andnegotiation.
