    Oversees the company's newconstruction projects. As the senior architect, they mentor otherArchitects, interpret client briefs, and review contracts anddesigns. develop and interpret a range of structural designs andalso act as managers, and advisors. They typically work in officesand onsite, ensuring the cohesion of their team, and overallproject success. Job Responsibilities 1 Responsible for developingcustomers and nurturing professional relationship. Determines goalsand ultimately responsible for delivering final schematics andconstruction documents to building contractors. Utilizes architectsand drafters to research building codes, makes schematiccalculations and draft technical materials.

    Understands the projectbrief and client requirements and reviews the contract documents,project specifications, design drawings & BOQ, identifiesthe architectural requirements of the project and contributes inthe feasibility study of the project with the design manager,architects and other professional parties.

    Reviews the conceptdesign and ensures compliance with the client requirements, budgetand all as per time schedule.

    Contributes in obtaining on time theapproval of client on the concept design, managing in the projectdesign as directed by the design manager and IMS procedure.

    Ensuresthe deliverables on time for all design stages such as concept,schematic, detailed design and construction documents and liaiseswith estimation department that design deliverables are within thebudget.

    Set up architectural requirements of the codes, localauthorities, safety standards, urban planning, environmentrequirement and others to be implemented in the formalagreements/contracts with consultants, client representative ,project management organization and other external bodies.

    Contributes in preparation and architectural specification for theproject, manages the development of architectural specification bythe Architect of Record and ensures compliance with the clientrequirements, budget and the international standards, ensurestechnical compliance of the specified material and to contribute inthe value engineering of the specified material to ensure the bestvalues with lowest cost.

    Job Responsibilities 2 Liaises with theplanner to prepare weekly reports on the design deliverables;submit weekly report on the constraint of designdevelopment.

    Submits reports on time to obtain authority'spermissions and liaises with design manager to provide recoveryplan in case of late progress.

    Provides daily documentation andwritten record as to the progress, problems, solutions,inspections, change orders, construction changes, meeting, shopdrawings, product and other items that reflect the progress of thework.

    To provide technical support during the construction stagethrough RFI responses, clarifications within the period defined inthe time schedule/contract.

    Conducts value engineering review ofthe drawings to ensure the best details and constructionmethodology with the least cost and time and to follow up on thechange orders and proceed with the required process.

    Establishesthe design criteria with the Architect of record developed incoordination with structural engineer, MEP engineer, interiordesigner and end user operation requirements.

    Reviews the designdeliverables in all stages such as concept, schematic, detaileddesign and IFC and ensures compliance with the client requirements,time schedules, budget and with the authorities regulations.

    Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary design team of architects,interior designers, structural engineers, MEP engineers, andquantity surveyors to deliver an integrated and coordinated designto the client.

    Ensure to review the design deliverables in allstages (concept, schematic, Detailed design and IFC) and ensurecompliance with the client requirements.

    Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills

    • Display a high level of architectural knowledge.
    • Knowledge of building codes and zoning ordinances.
    • Thorough knowledge of local code requirements with theability to implement.
    • Creative thinking ability andaesthetic sensitivity
    • ERP knowledge preferably SAPfunctional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
